Dr. Kenny Patin is a licensed veterinarian and graduate of Texas A&M University. Dr. Patin established Country Hills Veterinary Clinic in 1994 in Bulverde where he practices companion animal, large animal, and exotic animal medicine, and provides medical and surgical care for a wide range of species. Country Hills Veterinary Clinic started out as a tiny one room clinic, but over twelve years we outgrew that one room and built a new 8000 sq. ft. hospital just north of the old clinic.

Our easy to get to veterinary office is nestled in the beautiful Bulverde Hill Country, right off of Hwy 281 --Need a little help finding us, just check out the map below or give us a call at (830) 438-2269 and we'll be happy to give you directions!

Country Hills Veterinary Clinic is a full-service animal hospital and welcomes routine medical, surgical, and dental care as well as pets in need of emergency treatment. Dr. Kenny Patin has years of experience treating serious conditions and offering regular pet wellness care. Beyond first-rate pet care, we make our clinic comfortable, friendly, and calm so that your pet can relax in the waiting room and look forward to meeting our staff. Your pets’ health and wellbeing are very important to us, and we take every possible measure to give your animals the care they deserve. Our clinic utilizes state of the art equipment for all of your pets needs, both large and small, and includes a 4000 sq foot large animal area, where we perform dentals, surgeries, exams and do yearly exams on cattle, horses, zebras, monkeys and an occasional Kangaroo or Kudu!

The best veterinary care for animals is ongoing regular examinations, preventative care, and nutrition, so becoming knowledgeable about your pet's care is essential to your ongoing success in keeping your pet healthy.     Veterinary Technician

    Natalie graduated with a large and small animal degree in animal science. She originally was interested with animal care while working with white tail deer. She is A. I. certified and has a lot of experience. While going to school she interned at an emergency clinic. Natalie is originally from Wisconsin but her heart was left in Texas when she was a kid. During her free time she loves to go out to the lake and fish, where her dog Duke tags along every time.

  • Kenny Patin, D.V.M.

    Dr. Patin attended Texas A&M University where he received his undergraduate degrees in Animal Science in 1991 and Veterinary Science in 1992. He graduated from the Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. Following graduation, Dr. Patin established Country Hills Veterinary Clinic in Bulverde where he practices companion animal, large animal, and exotic animal medicine and provides medical and surgical care for a wide range of species. Dr. Patin and his wife, Sheli, are advocates for the adoption of shelter pets and rescue animals. The Patins live in the Bulverde area where they share their property with one horse, five dogs, a coopful of chickens, and a whole herd of champion-producing cattle.

    Veterinary Technician

    Lindsay has 6 years of vet clinic experience. She has assisted with all kinds of animals such as cattle, horses, exotics all the way to dogs, cats and pocket pets. On her weekends she spends time with her family out at their ranch or driving around the country to participate in rodeos and roping's.

    Kaytlin attended Angelo State University where she graduated with a Bachelors in Animal Science. She moved to the Bulverde area from a small West Texas town. She spends her days here assisting clients as well as the techs and doctors to meet your pets needs.
